In the last year I have shifted to doing 75% of all my marketing via emails.
Last month I sent out an email referencing a story in the Wall Street Journal that said that 37% of all loans in America are still above a 6.00% rate. Even though the banks make it tough to qualify, I suggested that the person call me to analyze their situation, and see if I could help.
That one email blast (personalized through my database) triggered about 20 phone calls. I still not have gotten to all the people, but it has generated 3 new loans already that total about $1,000,000 in production.
This campaign cost me nothing but some time and ingenuity, and knowing the technology.
