Good Morning,
If you want to stay in business, you have to know how to close. “Close” means overcome all the mental ducca and ask people in an intelligent, articulate way to sign the contract.
If you don’t close, you don’t stay in business.
The days of being an order taker are over. I know two people who were earning six-figure incomes in the old economy, who can no longer keep food on their table. After spending a day in the field with them, both of them now know the solution is simple: Close!
They both had leads but not enough appointments. They weren’t closing for the appointment. And when they did get the appointment they weren’t closing for a contract. So they weren’t getting enough listings or loans. So I decided to help take their game to a new level of productivity.
